Privacy policy

Information on the processing of personal data of users of the website a3med.it, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: 28 October 2026. The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancies.

1. Data controller

2. Data processed

Browsing data. The systems that run the website collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request and pages visited. They are used only to ensure the operation and security of the website and are kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

Data you provide. If you fill in the contact form or write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you give us: name, organisation, contact details and message content.

Statistics. The website does not use analytics tools or profiling cookies.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which collects technical data about the browser and device, including the IP address, to check that the form is sent by a person and not by an automated program. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purchases. Orders are placed on a3med.shop, which has its own privacy policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests for information, price lists, demonstrations or course registration: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Methods and retention

Data are processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Messages are kept for as long as necessary to reply and manage any business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed, as processors, by the hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A., servers in Italy). If you contact us via WhatsApp, the message passes through the systems of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the EU

With WhatsApp and Cloudflare Turnstile, some data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Provision of data

Providing your data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your request.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@a3med.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
